Rodent Repellent Systems:
Briotronix offers a Rodent Repellent system, which has high frequency signal generators and these signals are fed to the transducers which in turn convert them into high frequency sound waves (well above the 20 Khz frequency which is the upper limit of the hearing range of humans).
The transducers emit intensive sound waves at high decibels (sound pressure) that are audible and painful to rodents but are inaudible and harmless to humans.
The frequencies can be set between the band of 15 Khz to 75 Khz. There is a continuous sweep between the frequencies so that the rodents do not get used to the ultrasound frequencies.
